Javier Lemoine has been appointed as Director, Tax & Legal at Deloitte Barbados.

Experience and Expertise
Javier has more than 16 years of experience advising multinational clients, including experience gained at other Big Four firms. His expertise spans corporate restructuring, tax audits, Pillar Two advisory, and complex tax matters across Barbados, the Eastern Caribbean, and Latin America.
He has also advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, tax controversy matters, and the evolving international tax landscape.
Javier’s expertise is further strengthened by his legal and commercial background in the shipping and maritime sector. He holds a Master's degree in Shipping Business and Shipping Law, a Postgraduate Diploma in Shipping Law and is qualified as an Attorney-at-Law.
The appointment underscores Deloitte Barbados' ongoing commitment to providing market-leading tax and legal services and supporting clients in an increasingly complex business environment.
