As part of its agreement with the Barbados-based construction and development firm JADA Group, IMI will manage global marketing and sales for Saint Peter’s Bay Luxury Resort & Residences, an oceanfront development of one-to-five-bedroom villas; Port Ferdinand Yacht & Beach Club Residences, a full-service harbor and yachting community of one-to-three-bedroom villas; and Palazzate, an ultra-exclusive beachfront development of five-bedroom villas.

The three developments are located on Barbados’ west coast, a region known for its hospitable culture and unrivaled scenery. With its pristine beaches and ultra-spacious villas, Saint Peter’s Bay Luxury Resort & Residences encapsulates the island’s appeal in one of its most luxurious settings. Long popular as a vacation destination for British and Canadian travelers, Barbados set a 30-year high in 2017 with 188,970 visitors from the United States. That total was expected to increase to more than 200,000 in 2018, and the outlook for 2019 is especially optimistic, with several new direct flights serving the island from the States. In December 2018, American Airlines launched daily service to Barbados from Charlotte, and thrice-daily flights from Miami. The island has also recently added new flights from Fort Lauderdale, Boston, and Newark.
